Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to stock availability, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

She Rooted is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll work with you to make it right.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather, postal service issues, or carrier delays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
